2023.05 CLEM-Reg: An automated point cloud based registration algorithm for correlative light and volume electron microscopy
bioRxiv
Correlative light and volume electron microscopy (vCLEM) allows visualization of fluorescently labeled proteins within their ultrastructural context, but the manual alignment process can be slow and biased. CLEM-Reg is an automated, deep learning-based workflow that aligns vCLEM datasets with near-expert accuracy, and its resources, including datasets and a napari plugin, are publicly available for further development and use.
